Allow forcing users into multiple groups from backend

Description
When adding a user to a group you can only select 1 group. This should change to a multi-select so more than 1 group can be joined at once.

When creating a new GJ user from backend the Groups parameter is a multiselect allowing you to select multiple groups to add the users to.
