Implement support for column parameters
Description
It's possible to set column widths within CB > Config > User Profile but they currently are not supported. Implement support for custom widths or at least implement it to check against the widths supplied and best guess a bootstrap supported width to use based off the value supplied so it remains responsive.

It'll now try to calculate a column class based off the supplied width. For example 2 column with a width of 50% supplied will output as both columns having cbColumn6.
