Description

Load in CBs bootstrap styling when loading in GJs main template file. Then adjust as needed all the HTML to match new Boostrap 3 styling. Maybe also replace some of the jQuery usage with Bootstrap jQuery?

Don't use the Bootstrap dropdown as it doesn't move the menu around the DOM so overflow can cause the menu to get cut off. However, update its styling to match Bootstraps (just use the classes, etc..).

It maybe possible to use the Dropdown, but just add a callback to move the element around the DOM to avoid overflow problems.
