When the CB Progress plugin 3.0.1 is enabled the Video fields so not show drop-down selector in frontend for users to upload video.

More info.
Can replicate if I create a Progress field and place a video field in its Fields parameter and set:
Bar : Default
Completeness : Enable
Checklist : InComplete
Hide on Complete : Enable
Private Display : Enable
