Description
There's some escaping going on with the conditional parse substitution usage. This results in them breaking and not parsing. Example as follows.
Supplied: [cb:parse function="time"][lastvisitdate][/cb:parse]
Output: [cb:parse function="time"]2015-02-24 15:51:31[/cb:parse]"
