Description

Implement trigger to handle onload behavior. This will allow CB Privacy to remove entries for example.

Implement trigger to add to the display. This will allow CB Privacy to add per entry privacy controls for example.

A new trigger for jQuery rebinding will also be needed. This will allow activity jQuery to rebind when it ajax loads in. Some core plugins can handle this automatically with an updated event call, but it needs further tested/improved.
