Implement multi-uploading
Description
Implement support for drag and drop multi-uploading. Once uploading completes allow adjusting the primary variables like title and description in a list like display and save them all in 1 save. The uploading should be ajax powered using jquery file upload.
This should replace the current upload behavior. Basically it'll work like other social sites and upload first THEN you provide details like title, description, etc.. the upload process will be ajax based (with progress bars and preview).
Below the drag and drop upload box will be inputs to supply urls for the linking feature.

There should be a single page for uploading and linking. It should behave as follows.

When uploading it creates a block in UPLOADS section. Here you'd be able to see a preview, set the title, description, and album with Save, Done, and Delete buttons. Done will hide that block, Save will save your changes, and Delete is a quick way to clear accidental uploads. Progress bar during upload should also be preset with a way to cancel upload.
The type should be based off the URL. This should be somewhat like CB Activity and parse the media type. This avoids needing multiple pages for uploading.
Linking should be an input with an Add button. Once you click Add it does the same as uploading and adds its block under UPLOADS. This probably also needs an input to correct the URL if it maybe wrong.
