Comment entries not specific enough
Description
Comment entries are being linked to item, but if the case of a connection the item is the connected user. This causes connections to that user from other sources to also display the same comment stream, which shouldn't be the case. Comments need to be more specific, but also allow being tied to the item.

Maybe add a parameter to the activity storage to determine if the comments should be linked to the activity entry or to the item? This can then be set in CB Auto Actions as needed. It should be enabled by default in core code to avoid current comments being lost, but then disabled in future activity entries that need it disabled.

Looks like Connections will be the only activity entries to lose comments. All the other profile activity is fine as they don't have an Item.

This is not retroactive. It will only fix for NEW entries. Existing entries will remain as is. As it only affects connections comments it should have little negative impact.
