Implement uploading functionality to CB Activity
Description
Implement functionality to upload to a gallery directly from the stream. This should add a new button to the status container to expand an upload functionality. For now only allow single upload until multi-uploading is implemented later.

Parameters also need to be added to override uploading functionality on a per-stream basis. Unsure how this will work for Joomla menu item usage. CB will likely need improvements in regards to menu item usage, but all other parameter usages should be able to be extended fine.

If the photos, videos, etc.. shared are always shared FROM the users profile then parameters isn't a concern since the parameters of the profile gallery would be the only thing that matters.

The upload displays and functions, but needs a means of attaching the uploads to the post and the uploads need to stop CB Auto Actions from logging activity (probably need to set a condition in CB Auto Actions for that). Edit display of an activity entry doesn't need to show the uploads (or allow uploads during edit) though.

Parameters will still be needed, but should be as minimal as turning off/on uploads only. The rest will inherit from whatever profile gallery settings are set to. Note Linking is disabled for this usage by force as CB Activity already has this functionality.

A special album should be created, if it doesn't exist, to hold stream uploads. The media files can be moved of course after upload, but it would cleaner if the uploads went to an album.

Uploading and attaching to the new activity entry appears fully functional. Needs further testing as only photos appear to be uploading fine.

Fully implemented for new activity posts except for parameters to toggle off uploading. Still needs a lot of work to be compatible with commenting.

Parameters to override uploading won't be available in CB Activity Module, Menu, or Content Bot parameters until #6701 is implemented. You can override upload functionality globally, via the activity tab, and per activity/comment field for the time being. You can also override from CB Auto Actions if outputting a stream from there.
