Description

Currently the menu parameters for a plugin are strictly pulled from their metadata.xml. Support something like PLUGIN_ELEMENT.metadata.xml to allow extending. This is needed for CB Gallery to extend CB Activity stream parameters for example. A similar solution will be necessary for modules.

Would be great if this also worked for modules, etc.. access to that information IS available from the system plugin after all and is how form variables are being pushed as is. So in theory the existing usage could be upgraded to allow CB plugins to extend menus, modules, and plugn parameters freely.
