Description

Minor issue, but this is the only plugin giving a tools warning

The check is just saying the plugin has no database (which it doesn't) so this is normal. All plugins without a database will output the same.

Correct, but other plugins without a database have the 

<database>
    </database>

tags so they do not trigger such a message.

An empty database tag is the wrong usage. It's supposed to show that message. It indicates the plugin doesn't have a database to check. If the message is to go away then the change needs to be done in CB it self.
