Avatar and Canvas system actions logging unapproved images
Description
They should only be logging the images to the activity stream if they've been approved.

This activity flat out won't work if approval is used. The image approval process does not trigger a user store or have a trigger to act on. So there's no way to log the activity on such behavior. This will be improved when these types of activities access is checked internally in CB Activity.
