Develop Joomla content plugin
Description
Should have content.prepare replacer to output a activity or comment stream. Should also have a feature to enable commenting for Joomla content (independent from replacer usage).

Implement an additional usage specifically for articles. This usage should append a comment stream to every article and be unique to the article. It needs exclude features though to be able to exclude categories/articles by id (or a dropdown select?). This is to avoid having to add the content prepare tag to every article to have commenting.
