Description

If everything output is only for a specific CMS then hide the selector. Basically only show the selector if necessary.

In addition to this if there's no packages that can be combined into a single package for download it should not show the download package button.

There's also no reason to display the Type if only 1 type is being displayed.

Checkboxes won't display if there's nothing to select. Type will continue to display (use the type filtering to hide if desired). CMS select is a bit tricky and would require another query so not desirable and unlikely to be added.

No way to do this very efficiently with query so new parameter added to toggle CMS selector off globally.
