Description
Implement a modal window menu entry to set a photo that the viewer owns as canvas or avatar. This will need to do a copy of the file or even re-process it then store the file.
This needs to also take into consideration the rotation applied to an image that's normal entirely CSS driven.
Also needs parameters to enable/disable (default enable).

Still needs to take into consideration the rotation. Also needs to check that the file hasn't already been uploaded if possible (not likely). Note this will ignore edit access permission checks and automatically be approved when done from CB Gallery. Has also been changed to be disabled by default.

- % Done changed from 90 to 100
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
