Uploading media then turning off upload causes edit to be wonky
Description
If you upload media then turn off uploading for that gallery it causes the edit view to be a bit wonky. Edit display needs to handle this scenario by most likely locking the entry or turning off the validation so the form can submit title/description changes without dealing with validation.
