Remove cancel confirmations

Description
The UX seams to be to just not have a confirmation, but there's gain/loss with either usage. Remove the confirmation for cancel/done usages and see how well it feels.

Doesn't feel right. It becomes no better than browser back. The entire point is to ensure you're not cancelling by mistake, forgot what you came to edit, etc.. Ideally it'd be dynamic buttons (save, cancel, back), but the jQuery for that just seams unnecessary for every edit view.
