Description

There should be a CSS class on the top most container for every category and group output so they can be styled individually (just use category or group id as needed).

Added CSS classes unique to top level category and group containers by just adding their respective ID to the existing CSS class. Example "gjGroup" becomes "gjGroup gjGroup10". With 10 being the group id.

Reopened as this should be extended further with a moderator only parameter to specify a CSS Class for a category or group that is applied to their top level containers.
