Field action needs handling for alias field

Description
When updating the profile url (alias) with a field action it should properly make the value alias safe and if a duplicate it should prefix the user id.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Implemented processing of alias field value before storage. If invalidated the store will be skipped. It will not prefix the supplied alias, but will skip.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
