Conditional others not working properly
Description
When applying a conditional others it appears to be affecting the field it self instead of the fields it's being configured to condition. Additionally option conditions do not function.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
This is due to the wrong escaping on the display parameter for fields. For tabs it can be a boolean for 0/1, but fields have 0/1/2 resulting in the condition behaving incorrectly.
