Implement file attachment parsing

Description
When adding a PDF for example it should properly parse it into a file download table like how CB Gallery outputs.

It'll only parse for filesize, modify date, and extension of text, pdf, zip, rar, doc, and xls. Parameter maybe added later to allow supplying additional extensions.

Decided parameter would be good to have.

Parameter added as part of the links parameters.
