Description

Currently it's a bit of a hybrid stream. It shouldn't allow multiple assets and only a single asset usage (you can't tag multiple assets at once and showing tags from other assets makes no sense). Remove most, if not all, the filtering usages. This will set the base for Following/Likes API so all 3 should be SOMEWHAT similar.

Now reduced to single asset usage and no fancy asset parsing behavior as it's not needed since tags are meant to be used with a single specific asset.
