Back to back stream actions cause response display issues
Description
If you pin an activity entry then unpin the activity entry it results in broken response issues. This maybe due to the actions target not properly targeting the entire container for replacement. Most noticeable when pinning a comment then unpinning it. Other scenarios may present the same issue (e.g. hide, unhide, then hide again).

Was only affecting comments and was due to ajax response not doing a container replacement response.
