Implement CB Activity 4.0.0 compatibility
Description
The CB Activity action will need a complete rewrite for compatibility. Change many of the display showhides to conditions causing a reload so a ton of parameters aren't saved per usage (this is really only necessary when changing the Mode). For Streams it should just include the override params usages built into CB Activity so it can directly output a stream in every way that other locations can.

Most of the parameters are added back in. Other usages need their parameters added (likes, follow, tags, etc..) and of course migration (type, subtype, item, parent has to migrate to asset) and all system action usages have to be redone.

All parameter usages are up to date. Stream output (of all types) working. Object delete (of all types) working. Still needs object storage and system actions updated.
