Improve commented and tagged core activity output
Description
This should output without a avatar and state "XYZ and # others have commented on this" with XYZ being the most recent comment owner. Maybe work like tags usage and show 3 names then the others part. The question is who should be the owner of this activity. Currently it'll be the most recent comment owner. Maybe it should be the owner of the activity themselves? If it's the owner of the activity then we can likely safely remove the original IF it's on the same page of the current stream.

To do this just use the same grouping code that CB Gallery uses to group media together. Then have the compact header display as originally planned in this ticket (e.g. and 3 others have commented on this) with "3 others" being a clickable modal window or something.
