Description

Currently the form validates after submit. Implement validation of the form before it submits using existing jQuery Validate rules. See CB ProfileBook rewrite on how to best do this.

What can be validated client side is validated client side. There are several server side checks that still have to apply though, but it will respond safely and quickly with validation errors as needed.
