Implement core activity parsing for Joomla articles

Description
This should handle adjusting the comments asset to article.ARTICLE_ID to match commenting on articles. Also needs to of course handle introtext output for an article.
- Target version changed from 6.0.0 to 4.1.0
Just use CB Articles API for this. Should be as simple as CB Blogs activity parsing.

Only API that'll be utilized from CB Articles is determining if it needs to point to K2 or Joomla.

- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 60 to 100
The following assets for activity and notifications are now properly parsed.
article.ARTICLE_ID

article.ARTICLE_ID.like
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
