All fields that are handling attributes valuedescription and valuedescriptiontitle in edit mode:

Checkbox, datetime, radio, yesno, selectList,
and all form functions using _todom(): button, textarea, uploadfile, and textfield:
and all form functions using textfield: datetime, float, int, string, text.

But none handles them in view mode. CBsubs uses them to hover "update" column in History views, in plans view for plan descriptions and in Tax for VAT verification status.
