Change emote folder to template folder

Description
Currently emote image files are being looked for in the Joomla /images folder. This needs to be moved to a template folder in CB Activity. Specifically the below.
/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbactivity/templates/TEMPLATE/images
There will not be migration for this. So notice needs to be provided for users to adjust their emotes as needed.
- Target version changed from 4.1.0 to 6.0.0
- Target version changed from 6.0.0 to 5.0.0
- % Done changed from 0 to 30
B/C is being added so existing images will continue to work fine.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 30 to 100
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
