Activity grouping time check not accurate
Description
It's only checking that they're uploaded on the same day and that the difference in minutes is 15. The problem is the difference in minutes is a flat comparison of 60 minutes. It doesn't take into consideration the hours. So if it was uploaded 5 hours again and the minutes difference is 5 it will merge them when it shouldn't.

It's even worse. It's comparing to m from DateInterval, which is MONTHS not minutes. Minutes is i.
