If an activity entry is commented on and the original activity is recent you end up with the original activity shown twice. Once in the commented on activity then shortly below it. Review suppressing the display of the original activity entry if it's within the grouping date range. This means the original activity needs to be editable, reportable, etc.. inside of the commented on activity entry.
