Implement edge to edge activity container

Description
This should replace existing activity container usage where its contents are spaced from the edges with margins and try to implement an edge to edge so an image spans the full width of the container instead of just the inner space. This may or may not work well for all content so needs extensive testing.
Use m-1 instead of m-2 for a tighter margin for inserted content otherwise no margin wouldn't be a universal solution since inserted content with borders would not look good.
Support an override parameter that's only used if no other insert content exists. If there is no other insert content and the override parameter is true then set to m-0 for edge to edge output otherwise use m-1 (previously m-2).
If set to edge to edge and there is other content use mt-1 mb-1, but leave the sides to be edge to edge or at least something like this to prevent the other content from stacking too close.

Adjusted inserted content and attachment margins to m-1 instead of m-2. m-0 didn't make sense for 99% usages.
