E.g. if a CB Plugin Menu URL is

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=myplugin&do=dothis&param1=ha

and SEF alias is my-menu, the SEFed URL will be:
my-menu&do=dothis&param1=ha
