Repeat date fields fail to store

Description

When a date field has been repeated their values fail to store. This is likely due to a rebinding issue with the jQuery (wrong field name?) or an issue with how the values are mapped to the user object for storage processing.

Appears to be an issue in CB it self. The date fields pointer for the hidden element isn't updating when cloned.
