Description
Implement status canvas background support similar to Facebook backgrounds. Should have backend management like Emotes to allow supporting unlimited backgrounds with access controls to allow special backgrounds based off permissions.
Feature to be named: Themes
Default enabled for Activity. Default disabled for Comments.
- % Done changed from 0 to 10
Very similar to Like Type structure, but the image path usage needs to point to template folder this time.

- % Done changed from 10 to 100
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
