Suggesting to keep the descriptions simple in the 3 changes of description above, by not mixing description and substitutions feature in the middle of the descriptive sentence. E.g.:
Input the substitution supported terms and conditions. --> Input the terms and conditions. CB substitutions are supported.

That's something that we might want to remove entirely from descriptions semantize in the future in the XML so that we don't need to add it to descriptions and have translators translate it 200 times. with e.g. a `features="translated,cbsubstituted"` so that we can extend that later, and have specific tooltips for those extra features.
