UK vs GB vs Britain country selection

Description

Country selection for the UK lets you select Great Britain and Ireland, but the standard seams to be to select United Kingdom and Ireland. Great Britain has United Kingdom for the country_fips_name so maybe that should be used for display, but then the stored value is GB instead of UK for the country. Unsure which is correct.

I will close this as a wont-fix, multiple names for same countries is not within our features. The default setting already has UK and GB aliases, but with tax-based countries, this is not possible easily. Not a big issue either if UK shops put the right default countries in the settings.
