Description

This should behave the same as setting "billing_address_collection" to "auto" in the session creation, but appears it maybe always displaying. Either always force "billing_address_collection" to "auto" or respect the AVS parameter setting.

This already defaults to auto. Stripe does not provide a means of turning off billing address entirely. It's either on when necessary or always on.
