CB Activity: improve notification titles
Description
Some notification titles aren't very clear. For example if you attempt to join a group that requires approval you are sent the following if accepted.
GROUP_OWNER request to join GROUP_NAME accepted
This should read as follows.
GROUP_OWNER accepted your request to join GROUP_NAME
