Reversed baskets are an unpaid basket and should display similar to unpaid invoices (registered unpaid state).

Reversed baskets can be displayed to users, but they are NOT unpaid invoices that could still be paid.

For a new payment, a new baskets must be created.

Now displaying them in the users-list is of course ok.
