Family Plans: usergroup assignment does not happen for shared plans
Description
If User A shares Plan A to User B and Plan A gives Usergroup A then User B will not be given the usergroup. Need to extend the activate behavior handling in the shared subscriptions usage so it runs the usergroup assignment code.

This should be working as the usergroup computation check is being done in checkUserSubscriptions, which is fired for shared subscriptions. May need to alter the shared subscription object and adjust the user id in the subscription objects.
