Description

Pinned albums or media would always be ordered first in their display. This should be per-gallery pinning so needs a separate table for this functionality.

Breaks cursor paging sort ordering causing a lot of problems with sorting. If implemented in the future pinned media would need to be rendered entirely out of the initial media flow.
