The query includes a rate-conversion based on currencies table, and that doesn't work when the currency table is empty.

Workaround is easy:

Enable a 2nd currency for a few seconds, reload the Payment Center page, check that the currencies view was filled with currencies, and disable the second currency. Then the totals display correctly.
