Description

PayPal (all 3 gateways) does not accept IPv6 IP Addresses. The API will fail, BUT PayPal does not block the transaction.

Marking this as "feedback", as we can't do anything to workaround Paypal's issue, except pass a fantasy IP e.g. localhost 127.0.0.1 that will always work. Additionally, no other reports on that.
