Description

Presets initially hard a purpose of acting as a bundle of packages. This isn't necessary anymore due to packages supporting dependencies and sub-packages. Replace Presets entirely with just a package type.

Might be better to consider just removing presets entirely and migrating them to packages with subpackages/dependencies as they don't really make any sense anymore.
