Description
In the first row if a date field is required its client side validation check works fine. If you add another row the second rows date field client side validation check isn't being applied. Possibly need some rebinding behavior for cbValidator jQuery plugin.

This is a CB bug. The datepicker isn't validating reliably. See #8414
