Field groups with privacy controls still show resulting users

Description

If private on a field is set to Private this results in the users still being found, but the field is empty. These users should be removed from the result set.

CB Privacy issue, which is now fixed in CB Privacy 7.0.0 as it now accounts for privacy on fields in a field group.
