Description

E.g. login module and CB login page after a failed login: Only the refresh captcha of the login module works and refreshes both captchas, but the refresh icon of the main page does not work (login module being in the right column)

Appears to have already been fixed when CB AntiSpam JS improvements were made. Both refresh fine, both refresh icons work fine, and both validate fine.
