System Actions: utilize database grouping for CB Gallery activity

Description
When uploading 10 photos for example it should group all of them together into a single activity entry. It is doing this visually, but is not doing this on a database level.
- Tracker changed from Feature proposal to Bug
Changing to bug as grouping is configured in the system action, but does not appear to be working.
This issue only applies to uploads in CB GroupJive since it has a prefix asset. The grouping needs to account for the prefix asset as well.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Implemented support for grouping by a comma list of assets and fixed GJ gallery grouping.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
