Profile activity title target not always displaying

Description
If something overrides the title (e.g. CB Gallery) when the post is to a users profile the profile target with caret arrow is not displayed. This should always display after the custom title otherwise you've no indication it's a post to a users profile.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
It will now always insert this if the activity asset is a profile asset. If the profile asset has a type it will be skipped unless a title is not found. For example profile.42.connection will skip adding this since the connection activity type already handles adding target.

- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
